Who We Are &
Why We Exist

Our Story

Can you imagine the daily challenges that people with disabilities face in accessing even the most basic services that others take for granted?
These challenges become even harder when disabilities are multiple — visual and physical impairments, hearing loss with autism, or a child with Down syndrome who needs constant medical care.
And what if all of this is faced while living without proper shelter?
This reality is what gave rise to

Nour Al Baseera

We are a group of young individuals with extensive experience in volunteer and community work, particularly in supporting people with disabilities.

Our journey began with specialized services for individuals with visual impairments, aiming to train and prepare them for effective integration into society.

Over time, our work expanded to include people with all types of disabilities, driven by our belief that everyone deserves dignity, inclusion, and equal opportunities.

Our Vision

To become one of the leading and distinguished institutions in the field of caring for and empowering persons with disabilities, enabling them to become productive members of society, while providing diverse services to them and their families with high professional standards.

Our Mission

To remove the barriers that prevent persons with disabilities from fully participating in society, and to deliver social and developmental programs that promote awareness and improve quality of life for them and their families — supported by professional staff and a specialized rehabilitative environment.

Our Dream

To shift society’s perspective — from seeing persons with disabilities as incapable, to recognizing them as capable, but in different ways, and to spread this awareness while fulfilling our core mission of training and rehabilitating persons with disabilities for social integration and removing the barriers that lead to discrimination.
